I was reading “Letters on Occult Meditation” I believe, by Alice Bailey/Master DK, and DK talked about how that the Sacral Chakra is synthesized upwards into the Throat in the energy body of the Initiate.. This is the symbolic transmutation of desire itself, from a desire for lower purpose, to a desire for higher purpose.
