The Best Meditation Video Ever. I say that in all seriousness. I do have difficulties in finding that peaceful state necessary but this worked wonders as I achieved a state of activation I have experienced only few times before. Entire cranial sensations as well as body chakra points and honestly I have always been skeptical about there being any particular points besides the ones we create with our minds. What is Alchemy?
